Waukee Wrestling is one of the most up-and-coming programs in the state of Iowa. Since moving from the CIML to the CIC, the wrestling program has had steady and consistent improvements in both dual meet wins and tournament placings while competing with state powerhouses on a regular basis. In recent years, Warrior Wrestling has had multiple state qualifiers and state placewinners. Several Warriors have also gone on to compete at the collegiate level.

Boasting the largest and most functional wrestling room in the state, Waukee Wrestling numbers continue to rise, and the expectation is that the program will be competing for conference and state titles in the near future.

Wrestling in the community of Waukee is gaining popularity! The Waukee Youth Wrestling program has grown from 30 participants to 130 in the past nine years. Many of the youth in the program compete at the state and national level. The future looks bright for Waukee Wrestling.
